犬瘟热病毒的诊断与防控措施
摘 要
犬瘟热病毒(Canine Distemper Virus, CDV)是一种高度传染性的病原体,广泛影响犬科动物及其他野生动物,严重威胁全球范围内的动物健康。近年来,随着宠物饲养数量的增加和野生动物保护意识的提升,CDV的诊断与防控成为兽医学领域的研究热点。本研究旨在通过系统性分析CDV的流行病学特征、诊断方法及防控策略,提出一套高效且可操作的应对方案。研究采用多中心数据收集、实验室检测及现场调查相结合的方法,对我国多个地区的犬类及野生动物群体进行了为期两年的监测。结果表明,CDV在不同地理区域表现出显著的流行差异,且病毒株的变异趋势明显。基于此,本研究创新性地提出了基于分子生物学技术的快速诊断方法,并结合疫苗接种、隔离管理及环境消毒等综合措施,构建了多层次的防控体系。

DIAGNOSIS AND PREVENTION AND CONTROL MEASURES OF CANINE DISTEMPER VIRUS
ABSTRACT
Canine distemper virus (Canine Distemper Virus, CDV) is a highly infectious pathogen that widely affects canines and other wild animals and poses a serious threat to animal health around the world. In recent years, with the increase of the number of pets and the increasing awareness of wildlife conservation, the diagnosis and prevention of CDV have become a research hotspot in the field of veterinary medicine. This study aims to propose an efficient and operable response plan through a systematic analysis of the epidemiological characteristics, diagnostic methods and prevention and control strategies of CDV. The study used multicenter data collection, laboratory testing and field investigation to monitor dogs and wildlife groups in many regions of China for two years. The results showed that CDV showed significant prevalence differences in different geographic regions and a clear trend of variation in viral strains. Based on this, this study innovatively proposed a rapid diagnostic method based on molecular biology technology, combined with comprehensive measures such as vaccination, isolation management and environmental disinfection, to build a multi-level prevention and control system.
