摘 要
随着城镇化进程的加速,越来越多的农村儿童被迫留守家乡。留守儿童缺乏父母的关爱和管教,长期处于单亲家庭或由爷爷奶奶照看,他们的心理健康问题越来越引人关注。针对这一现状,本文以留守儿童心理问题为研究对象,探讨其存在的原因、表现方式,以及解决问题的方法。在原因方面,主要涉及家庭关系不良、人格发展缺失等方面。这些因素导致留守儿童内心孤独、忧虑、焦虑等负面情绪。在表现方式方面,留守儿童可能出现厌食、失眠、自闭等不同的症状。在存在问题方面,本文探讨了家庭关系不良、人格发展不健全、学校关注度不足和社会关注不够等问题。这些问题导致留守儿童在家庭、学校、社会等各方面缺乏关爱和关注,从而产生更多的心理问题。在解决问题方面,本文提出了加强家庭教育、健全发展留守儿童人格、构建学校监管体系、加强社会支持等方法。这些方法可以促进留守儿童的成长和健康发展,从而使他们更加健康、快乐地成长。希望通过本文的研究能够让社会各界能够共同努力,为留守儿童提供更多的关注和帮助,让他们健康、快乐地成长。

Abstract:With the acceleration of urbanization, more and more rural children are forced to stay at home. Left-behind children lack the care and discipline of their parents, and live in single-parent families or are taken care of by their grandparents for a long time, and their mental health problems are attracting more and more attention. In view of this situation, this paper takes the psychological problems of left-behind children as the research ob ject, discusses the reasons for their existence, the ways of ex pression, and the ways to solve the problems. In terms of reasons, it mainly involves bad family relations, lack of personality development and so on. These factors lead to inner loneliness, anxiety, anxiety and other negative emotions of left-behind children. In terms of ex pression, left-behind children may have different symptoms such as anorexia, insomnia, and autism. In terms of existing problems, this paper discusses the problems such as poor family relations, unsound personality development, insufficient attention from schools and insufficient attention from society. These problems lead to the lack of care and attention of left-behind children in family, school, society and other aspects, resulting in more psychological problems. In order to solve the problem, this paper proposes to strengthen family education, improve the development of left-behind children's personality, build a school supervision system, strengthen social support and other methods. These methods can promote the growth and healthy development of left-behind children, so that they can grow up healthier and happier. It is hoped that through this study, all sectors of society can work together to provide more attention and help for left-behind children, so that they can grow up healthily and happily.
