摘 要
本文研究了饲料成分对于家禽生长和营养质量的影响,旨在探讨饲料成分的不同对家禽的生长和肉质质量产生的影响,以及相关的生理机制。通过对实验数据的处理和分析,发现饲料成分对鸡的生长和肉质质量有着明显的影响。其中,不同的蛋白质、碳水化合物和脂肪含量的饲料可以影响鸡的体重增长、饲料利用率、饲料转化效率和蛋白质合成速率等指标,从而影响其肉质的营养价值。同时,不同的饲料成分对鸡的代谢、肠道微生物群落、免疫功能等方面也有所不同。因此,在饲养家禽的时候,需要根据不同的需要选择合适的饲料成分,以达到最佳的生长和肉质质量。

EFFECTS OF FEED COMPONENTS ON GROWTH AND NUTRITIONAL QUALITY OF POULTRY
ABSTRACT
In this paper, the effects of feed composition on the growth and nutritional quality of poultry were studied to explore the effects of different feed composition on the growth and meat quality of poultry, as well as the related physiological mechanisms. Through the processing and analysis of experimental data, it was found that feed composition had obvious influence on chicken growth and meat quality. Among them, different protein, carbohydrate and fat content of feed can affect the weight gain, feed utilization, feed conversion efficiency and protein synthesis rate of chickens, thus affecting the nutritional value of their meat. At the same time, different feed components also have different effects on me tabolism, intestinal microbial community and immune function of chickens. Therefore, when raising poultry, it is necessary to choose the appropriate feed ingredients according to different needs to achieve the best growth and meat quality.
