兔球虫病的综合防控技术研究

摘  要
兔球虫病是一种由艾美耳球虫引起的常见寄生虫病,广泛分布于全球养兔业中,尤其在中国农村地区,该病对兔群健康和经济效益造成了严重威胁。近年来,随着养殖规模的扩大和环境条件的复杂化,兔球虫病的防控难度逐渐增加。本研究旨在通过综合防控技术的系统研究,探索高效、低成本的防治策略,以减少该病对兔群的危害。研究采用了实验室诊断、流行病学调查和田间试验相结合的方法,重点分析了不同药物治疗方案、环境管理和生物安全措施的效果。结果表明,合理使用抗球虫药物(如地克珠利)结合定期消毒和改善饲养环境,可显著降低感染率和死亡率。此外,研究发现通过优化饲料配方和增强兔群免疫力,能够进一步提高防控效果。

RESEARCH ON THE COMPREHENSIVE PREVENTION AND CONTROL TECHNOLOGY OF RABBIT COCCIDIOSIS

ABSTRACT
Coccidiosis is a common parasitic disease caused by Eimeria, which is widely distributed in the global rabbit breeding industry, especially in rural China, which poses a serious threat to the health and economic benefits of rabbits. In recent years, with the expansion of breeding scale and the complexity of environmental conditions, the difficulty of coccidiosis has gradually increased. This study aims to explore efficient and low cost-effective control strategies through systematic research of integrated prevention and control techniques to reduce the harm of the disease to rabbits. A combination of laboratory diagnosis, epidemiological investigation and field trials was focused on the effects of different drug treatments, environmental management and biosecurity measures. The results show that rational use of anticoccididrugs (such as digrams) combined with regular disinfection and improvement of the feeding environment can significantly reduce the infection rate and mortality rate. In addition, it was found that the prevention and control effect can be further improved by optimizing the feed formula and enhancing the immunity of rabbits.
