奶牛乳腺炎是影响全球乳制品行业的重要疾病,其病原复杂多样,主要包括细菌、真菌和病毒等。近年来,随着养殖规模的扩大和环境变化,乳腺炎的发病率呈现上升趋势,给奶牛健康和乳品质量带来了严峻挑战。本研究旨在通过系统分析奶牛乳腺炎的病原种类及其流行特征,探索有效的治疗策略。研究采用多中心采样、病原分离鉴定和分子生物学技术,结合临床病例数据,对我国多个地区的奶牛乳腺炎进行了深入调查。结果表明,金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌是最主要的致病菌,且不同地区病原谱存在显著差异。此外,研究发现新型耐药菌株的出现对传统抗生素治疗构成了新的威胁。基于此,本研究提出了一种基于多重靶向治疗的整合方案,包括抗菌药物的优化使用、免疫调节剂的辅助治疗以及中草药的协同作用。

PATHOGEN ANALYSIS AND TREATMENT PROGRESS OF MASTITIS IN DAIRY COWS
ABSTRACT
Cow mastitis is an important disease affecting the global dairy industry. Its pathogens are complex and diverse, mainly including bacteria, fungi and viruses. In recent years, with the expansion of breeding scale and environmental changes, the incidence of mastitis shows an increasing trend, bringing severe challenges to the health of dairy cows and dairy quality. This study aims to explore effective treatment strategies by systematically analyzing the types of pathogens and their epidemic characteristics of mastitis in dairy cows. Multienter sampling, pathogen isolation and identification and molecular biology techniques, combined with clinical case data, were used to investigate cow mastitis in many regions of China. The results show that S. aureus and E. coli are the main pathogenic bacteria, and the pathogen profiles differ significantly in different regions. Moreover, studies found that the emergence of novel resistant strains poses a new threat to traditional antibiotic therapy. Based on this, this study proposed an integrated protocol based on multiple targeted therapies, including optimized use of antimicrobial drugs, adjuvant therapy of immunomodulators, and synergistic effect of Chinese herbal medicine.
