雄性动物不育症的病因及治疗措施研究

摘  要
雄性动物不育症是影响畜牧业和野生动物保护的重要问题,其病因复杂,涉及遗传、环境、内分泌及感染等多方面因素。本研究旨在探讨雄性动物不育症的主要病因及其治疗措施,以期为临床实践提供科学依据。通过对国内外相关文献的系统回顾,结合实验室研究和临床观察,本研究首先分析了遗传因素如染色体异常、基因突变等对雄性不育的影响,并探讨了环境污染、营养不良及内分泌失调等因素的作用机制。研究发现,感染性疾病如布鲁氏菌病和支原体感染在某些地区尤为突出,成为导致雄性不育的重要原因。在治疗方法上,本研究提出了基于中西医结合的综合治疗策略,包括激素调节、抗氧化剂应用及中药辅助治疗等。实验结果表明,中药复方在改善精子质量和提高生育能力方面具有显著效果,尤其是在慢性不育症的治疗中表现出独特优势。

STUDY ON THE ETIOLOGY AND TREATMENT MEASURES OF MALE ANIMAL INFERTILITY

ABSTRACT
Male animal infertility is an important problem affecting animal husbandry and wildlife protection, with a complex etiology and involves various factors, including genetics, environment, endocrine and infection. The aim of this study was to investigate the main causes of male animal infertility and its therapeutic measures in order to provide a scientific basis for clinical practice. Through a systematic review of relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with laboratory studies and clinical observations, this study first analyzed the effects of genetic factors such as chromosomal abnormalities and gene mutations on male infertility, and explored the mechanisms of factors such as environmental pollution, malnutrition and endocrine disorders. Studies have found that infectious diseases such as brucellosis and mycoplasma infection are particularly prominent in some areas and become important causes of male infertility. In terms of treatment methods, this study proposed a comprehensive treatment strategy based on the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, including hormone regulation, antioxidant application and adjuvant treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine. The experimental results show that TCM compound has a remarkable effect in improving sperm quality and improving fertility, especially showing unique advantages in the treatment of chronic infertility.
