X县农村幼儿教师培训需求存在的问题及对策
摘要:"十四五"期间,国家提出要加强师资力量和师资力量的培养。但是,在我国,乡村地区的学前教育仍然是一个非常脆弱的地方,乡村地区的幼儿园师资力量相对较低,这也是制约乡村地区学前教育发展的一个主要原因。在我国的教育体制中,学前教育是最主要的一环,因此,必须加大对乡村地区幼儿园师资的培养,从而有效地提升其业务水平。 通过对乡村幼儿园教师培训的调研,我们可以看出乡村幼儿园教师的培训需要有以下几个方面:培训机会少、时间安排不合理、培训形式单一、培训内容针对性不强、培训的考核评价不健全、培训与教师的现实需要相分离。并就此问题进行了分析,并给出了相关的对策。
Problems and Countermeasures in the Training Needs of Rural Preschool Teachers in X County

Abstract:During the "14th Five Year Plan" period, the state proposed to strengthen the training of teachers and their strength. However, in China, preschool education in rural areas is still a very fragile place, with relatively low kindergarten teachers in rural areas, which is also a major reason for restricting the development of preschool education in rural areas. In China's education system, preschool education is the most important link. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the training of kindergarten teachers in rural areas to effectively improve their professional level. Through the investigation of rural kindergarten teacher training, we can see that the training needs of rural kindergarten teachers include the following aspects: few training opportunities, unreasonable scheduling, single training form, poorly targeted training content, incomplete evaluation of training, and separation of training from the actual needs of teachers. The problem is analyzed and relevant countermeasures are given.
