提升家猫慢性肾病治疗效率的策略研究
摘 要
慢性肾病（CKD）是家猫常见的老年疾病，其发病率和死亡率逐年上升，已成为宠物医疗领域的重要挑战。本研究旨在通过多维度策略提升家猫慢性肾病的治疗效率，以改善患猫的生活质量和延长生存期。研究基于国内外相关文献和临床数据，结合中国家猫慢性肾病的流行病学特征，采用随机对照试验、病例分析和系统评价等方法，探讨了药物治疗、饮食管理、环境优化及主人的教育与参与等多方面的综合干预措施。研究发现，个性化药物方案结合低蛋白、低磷饮食可显著延缓病情进展；同时，优化生活环境、减少应激因素对患猫的生理和心理健康具有积极影响。此外，主人对疾病的认知和参与度显著影响治疗效果，通过系统的教育和培训可提高主人的依从性和护理能力。

STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE THE TREATMENT EFFICIENCY OF CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE IN DOMESTIC CATS
ABSTRACT
Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a common disease of the elderly in domestic cats, and its morbidity and mortality are increasing year by year, which has become an important challenge in the field of pet medical treatment. This study aims to improve the treatment efficiency of CKD in domestic cats through a multidimensional strategy to improve the quality of life and prolong the survival of the affected cats. Based on the relevant literature and clinical data at home and abroad, combined with the epidemiological characteristics of chronic kidney disease in Chinese cats, using randomized controlled trial, case analysis and systematic evaluation, the study explored the comprehensive intervention measures of drug treatment, diet management, environmental optimization and owner education and participation. The study found that the personalized medicine regimen combined with a low-protein and low-phosphorus diet can significantly delay the progression of the disease; meanwhile, optimizing the living environment and reducing stress factors have a positive impact on the physical and mental health of the affected cats. Moreover, host cognition and participation in the disease significantly affect treatment effectiveness, and host compliance and care ability can be improved through systematic education and training.
