奶牛乳房炎作为影响奶牛健康和生产性能的主要疾病之一,其抗生素耐药性问题日益严重,对畜牧业和公共卫生构成重大威胁。本研究旨在系统分析奶牛乳房炎病原菌的抗生素耐药性特征,探索其耐药机制,为临床治疗和防控策略提供科学依据。研究采集了中国北方地区5个大型奶牛场的300份乳房炎奶样,通过细菌分离培养、药敏试验及分子生物学方法,鉴定主要病原菌并检测其对常用抗生素的耐药性。结果显示,金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌是主要致病菌,分别占分离菌株的45.3%和32.7%。药敏试验表明,金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素的耐药率高达78.6%,而对头孢类药物的耐药率为23.4%;大肠杆菌对四环素的耐药率为65.2%,对氟喹诺酮类的耐药率为34.8%。进一步通过PCR检测发现,金黄色葡萄球菌中携带mecA基因的比例为31.2%,而大肠杆菌中blaTEM基因的检出率为42.5%。

ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANCE STUDY OF MASTITIS IN DAIRY COWS

ABSTRACT
As one of the main diseases affecting the health and performance of dairy cows, the increasing antibiotic resistance problem of dairy cow mastitis poses a major threat to animal husbandry and public health. This study aims to systematically analyze the antibiotic resistance characteristics of dairy cow mastitis pathogens and explore the resistance mechanisms, and provide scientific basis for clinical treatment and prevention and control strategies. Recently, 300 mastitis milk samples were collected from 5 large dairy farms in northern China to identify the main pathogens and detect their resistance to commonly used antibiotics through bacterial isolation and culture, drug susceptibility test and molecular biology methods. The results showed that S. aureus and E. coli were the main pathogenic bacteria, accounting for 45.3% and 32.7% of the isolates, respectively. The susceptibility test showed that S. aureus resistant 78.6% to penicillin and 23.4% to E. coli and 65.2% to tetracycline and 34.8% to fluoroquinolones. Further detection by PCR revealed that the proportion of S. aureus, but the blaTEM gene was 42.5% in E. coli.
