基于数控机床的零件加工误差分析与优化研究
摘    要

数控机床是现代制造业中的重要制造设备,在工业生产中扮演着至关重要的角色。然而,在加工过程中会存在一定的误差,如加工精度低或加工质量差等问题,严重影响了产品质量和效率。因此,本文将以数控机床加工误差为研究对象,深入分析了加工误差的成因及其对加工质量的影响,并提出了一系列优化方法和措施,以提高数控加工零件的加工精度和质量。首先,我们需要认识到数控机床加工误差的成因是多方面的。从机床本身出发,机床加工误差主要受到结构刚度、轴向精度、重复定位精度、工作台面积形精度等因素的影响。同时,材料、工具、及加工工艺等因素也会对加工误差产生一定的影响。其次,加工误差存在严重的影响,主要表现在加工精度和加工质量上。加工误差会导致零件尺寸不符合标准,形状精度不高,表面粗糙度大等问题,从而降低了产品的性能和使用寿命,甚至会导致机械故障。为了解决加工误差的问题,我们可以采用以下措施。首先,选择或改善机床结构刚度和精度,并通过测试数据进行验证。其次,加强机床的调整和维护,保证机床的机械性能以及位置精度。此外,对加工过程中的材料、工具、加工工艺等因素进行优化和调整,能使加工误差控制在有效范围内。

Abstract 

Numerical control machine tool is an important manufacturing equipment in modern manufacturing industry, which plays a vital role in industrial production. However, there will be some errors in the process of processing, such as low machining precision or poor machining quality, which seriously affect the quality and efficiency of the product. Therefore, this paper will take CNC machine tool machining error as the research ob ject, in-depth analysis of the causes of machining error and its impact on machining quality, and put forward a series of optimization methods and measures, in order to improve the machining precision and quality of CNC machining parts. First of all, we need to realize that the machining error of CNC machine tools is caused by many aspects. Starting from the machine tool itself, the machining error of machine tool is mainly affected by structural stiffness, axial accuracy, repeated positioning accuracy, table area shape accuracy and other factors. At the same time, materials, tools, processing technology and other factors will also have a certain impact on the machining error. Secondly, machining error has serious influence, mainly in machining precision and machining quality. Machining error will lead to parts size does not meet the standard, shape accuracy is not high, surface roughness and other problems, thus reducing the performance and service life of the product, and even lead to mechanical failure. In order to solve the problem of machining error, we can adopt the following measures. First, the structural stiffness and accuracy of machine tools are selected or improved, and verified by test data. Secondly, strengthen the adjustment and maintenance of machine tools to ensure the mechanical properties and position accuracy of machine tools. In addition, the machining error can be controlled within the effective range by optimizing and adjusting the factors such as materials, tools and processing technology in the machining process.
