农业水资源高效利用与节水农业发展模式
摘 要
随着全球水资源日益紧张,农业水资源的高效利用成为保障粮食安全和可持续发展的关键。中国作为世界上最大的农业生产国之一,面临着水资源短缺与农业用水效率低下的双重挑战。本研究旨在探讨农业水资源的高效利用模式,特别是节水农业的发展路径。通过文献综述、实地调研和模型分析相结合的方法,本文系统分析了中国不同地区的水资源利用现状、节水技术的应用情况以及政策支持的实施效果。研究发现,节水灌溉技术如滴灌、喷灌等在提高水资源利用效率方面具有显著效果,尤其在干旱和半干旱地区表现突出。此外,基于区域差异的节水农业发展模式创新,如“政府引导+市场驱动”的双轨制模式,能够有效促进节水技术的推广与应用。研究结果表明,通过优化水资源配置、推广先进节水技术和完善政策支持体系,中国农业水资源的利用效率可显著提升。

EFFICIENT UTILIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL WATER RESOURCES AND WATER-SAVING AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT MODE
ABSTRACT
With the global water resources are increasingly tight, the efficient use of agricultural water resources becomes the key to ensure food security and sustainable development. As one of the largest agricultural producers in the world, China faces the dual challenges of water shortage and inefficient agricultural water use. This study aims to explore the efficient utilization mode of agricultural water resources, especially the development path of water-saving agriculture. Through the combination of literature review, field research and model analysis, this paper systematically analyzes the utilization status of water resources, the application of water-saving technology and the implementation effect of policy support in different regions of China. It is found that water-saving irrigation technologies such as drip irrigation and sprinkler irrigation have significant effects in improving the utilization efficiency of water resources, especially in arid and semi-arid areas. In addition, the innovation of water-saving agricultural development mode based on regional differences, such as the dual-track system mode of "government guidance + market drive", can effectively promote the promotion and application of water-saving technology. The research results show that the utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources in China can be significantly improved by optimizing the allocation of water resources, popularizing advanced water-saving technology and improving the policy support system.
