摘 要
随着全球人口老龄化趋势的加剧，养老设施环境设计成为应对老龄化社会挑战的重要研究领域。本研究旨在探索适老化设计理念在养老设施中的应用，通过优化空间布局、功能配置和感官体验，提升老年人的生活质量与幸福感。研究采用定性与定量相结合的方法，综合运用问卷调查、深度访谈及实地考察，收集了来自多个典型养老机构的数据，并结合老年人的实际需求与行为特征进行分析。结果表明，养老设施的设计应注重空间的灵活性与适应性，以满足不同老年人群体的多样化需求；同时，引入自然元素与智能化技术能够显著改善居住环境的舒适度与安全性。此外，研究发现情感关怀与社交互动在养老设施设计中具有不可忽视的作用。本研究的创新点在于将人本主义理念融入设计实践，提出了一套系统化的适老化设计框架，为未来养老设施的规划与建设提供了理论支持与实践指导。研究成果不仅有助于推动养老设施设计的科学化与人性化发展，还为相关政策制定者提供了有价值的参考依据。

Abstract
With the intensifying trend of global population aging, the environmental design of elderly care facilities has become an important research area in addressing the challenges of an aging society. This study aims to explore the application of age-friendly design concepts in elderly care facilities, enhancing the quality of life and well-being of older adults through optimized spatial layouts, functional configurations, and sensory experiences. A mixed-methods approach was employed, integrating questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and field investigations, to collect data from multiple representative elderly care institutions. These data were analyzed in conjunction with the actual needs and behavioral characteristics of older adults. The findings indicate that the design of elderly care facilities should emphasize spatial flexibility and adaptability to accommodate the diverse requirements of different elderly groups. Furthermore, the incorporation of natural elements and smart technologies can significantly improve the comfort and safety of living environments. Additionally, the study highlights the indispensable role of emotional care and social interaction in the design of elderly care facilities. The innovation of this research lies in integrating humanistic principles into design practices, proposing a systematic fr amework for age-friendly design that provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the planning and construction of future elderly care facilities. The research outcomes not only contribute to the scientific and human-centered development of elderly care facility design but also offer valuable references for policymakers.
