  随着素质教育的深入推进,课外阅读在小学语文教学中的重要性日益凸显。本研究旨在探讨如何有效开展课外阅读活动以提升学生的语文素养和综合能力。通过文献分析、问卷调查及案例研究相结合的方法,研究选取了某地区三所小学作为样本,系统考察了当前课外阅读活动的实施现状及其影响因素。研究发现,科学规划的课外阅读活动能够显著提高学生的阅读兴趣、语言表达能力和文化积淀,同时促进其批判性思维与创新能力的发展。创新点在于提出了“分层递进式”课外阅读模式,该模式根据学生年龄特点和认知水平设计渐进式的阅读任务,并结合家校合作机制确保活动的持续性和有效性。研究表明,这一模式不仅优化了课外阅读的组织形式,还为小学语文教学改革提供了新的思路和实践路径,对推动素质教育目标的实现具有重要意义。

Abstract
  With the deepening of quality-oriented education, the importance of extracurricular reading in primary school Chinese language teaching has become increasingly prominent. This study aims to explore effective approaches to implementing extracurricular reading activities to enhance students' linguistic literacy and comprehensive abilities. By integrating literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and case studies, the research selected three primary schools from a specific region as samples to systematically examine the current status and influencing factors of extracurricular reading activities. The findings indicate that scientifically planned extracurricular reading activities can significantly increase students' interest in reading, improve their language ex pression skills and cultural accumulation, and promote the development of critical thinking and creativity. An innovation of this study is the proposal of a "layered progressive" extracurricular reading model, which designs incremental reading tasks based on students' age characteristics and cognitive levels while incorporating a home-school cooperation mechanism to ensure the continuity and effectiveness of the activities. The study demonstrates that this model not only optimizes the organizational form of extracurricular reading but also provides new insights and practical pathways for the reform of primary school Chinese language teaching, playing a significant role in advancing the goals of quality-oriented education.
