随着全球环境问题日益严峻,建筑行业作为资源消耗和碳排放的主要领域之一,迫切需要开发和应用绿色建筑材料以实现可持续发展目标。本研究旨在探讨绿色建筑材料的研发路径及其在实际工程中的应用前景,通过文献综述、实验分析和案例研究相结合的方法,系统评估了多种新型绿色建材的性能特点及环境效益。研究选取了具有代表性的材料类型,如再生混凝土、植物基复合材料和相变储能材料,对其力学性能、耐久性、环保指标以及经济可行性进行了深入分析。结果表明,这些绿色建筑材料不仅能够显著降低资源消耗和碳足迹,还能有效提升建筑的功能性和舒适度。此外,本研究创新性地提出了基于全生命周期评价的绿色建材优化设计框架,为材料选择和应用提供了科学依据。研究结论显示,绿色建筑材料的应用将极大推动建筑行业的低碳转型,但其大规模推广仍面临技术成熟度、成本控制和社会认知等方面的挑战。本研究的主要贡献在于明确了绿色建筑材料的研发方向,并为相关政策制定和技术推广提供了理论支持与实践参考,为实现建筑领域的可持续发展奠定了基础。

ABSTRACT

With the growing severity of global environmental issues, the construction industry, as one of the primary sectors for resource consumption and carbon emissions, urgently requires the development and application of green building materials to achieve sustainable development goals. This study aims to explore the research and development pathways of green building materials and their application prospects in practical engineering projects. By integrating literature reviews, experimental analyses, and case studies, the performance characteristics and environmental benefits of various novel green building materials were systematically evaluated. Representative material types, such as recycled concrete, plant-based composites, and phase-change energy storage materials, were selected and subjected to in-depth analysis regarding their mechanical properties, durability, environmental indicators, and economic feasibility. The results indicate that these green building materials can significantly reduce resource consumption and carbon footprints while effectively enhancing the functionality and comfort of buildings. Furthermore, this study innovatively proposes an optimization design fr amework for green building materials based on life-cycle assessment, providing a scientific basis for material selection and application. The conclusions reveal that the adoption of green building materials will greatly promote the low-carbon transformation of the construction industry; however, large-scale implementation still faces challenges related to technological maturity, cost control, and societal awareness. The main contribution of this study lies in clarifying the research and development directions for green building materials and offering theoretical support and practical references for relevant policy formulation and technology promotion, thereby laying a foundation for achieving sustainability in the construction sector.
