摘要
翻译作为跨文化交流的重要桥梁，其在文化适应与忠实性之间的权衡一直是学术研究的核心议题。本研究以全球化背景下多元文化的互动为背景，探讨翻译过程中如何在保持源文本意义忠实的同时实现目标文化语境的适应性转化。研究旨在通过分析文化适应与忠实性的辩证关系，提出一种兼顾二者平衡的翻译策略框架。基于对经典翻译理论的梳理和对当代翻译实践的案例分析，本研究采用质性研究方法，选取多部文学、影视及商业文本进行深入剖析，揭示不同场景下文化元素的处理方式及其影响。研究发现，文化适应并非对忠实性的削弱，而是通过创造性转化增强目标受众的理解与共鸣；同时，忠实性亦可通过适当的文化调适得以更完整地呈现。本研究创新性地提出了“动态平衡”概念，强调翻译应根据文本类型、受众需求及传播目的灵活调整策略。这一框架不仅丰富了翻译理论体系，还为实际翻译工作提供了具体指导，有助于推动跨文化交流的深度与广度。

Abstract
Translation, as a crucial bridge for cross-cultural communication, has long been at the heart of academic research concerning the balance between cultural adaptation and fidelity. Set against the backdrop of multicultural interactions in the era of globalization, this study investigates how translation can achieve adaptive transformation within the target cultural context while maintaining faithfulness to the source text's meaning. By analyzing the dialectical relationship between adaptation and fidelity, the study proposes a translational strategy fr amework that seeks to harmonize these two dimensions. Drawing on a systematic review of classical translation theories and an analysis of contemporary translation practices through case studies, this research employs qualitative methods to examine multiple literary, cinematic, and commercial texts. It explores the handling of cultural elements across different contexts and their implications. The findings reveal that cultural adaptation does not necessarily undermine fidelity; instead, it enhances comprehension and resonance among target audiences through creative transformation. Moreover, fidelity can be more fully realized through appropriate cultural adjustments. Innovatively, this study introduces the concept of "dynamic equilibrium," emphasizing that translation strategies should be flexibly adapted based on text type, audience needs, and communicative purposes. This fr amework not only enriches the theoretical foundation of translation studies but also provides practical guidance for translators, thereby promoting deeper and broader cross-cultural exchanges.
