摘 要
在全球化深入发展与地缘政治格局演变的背景下，中美战略竞争日益加剧，供应链安全成为各国关注的核心议题之一。本研究旨在探讨在中美战略竞争背景下，如何通过“去风险”策略优化全球供应链布局，以降低潜在的地缘政治和经济不确定性带来的冲击。供应链“去风险”并非简单的“去中国化”或“去美国化”，而是需要通过多元化、区域化和数字化转型等手段实现供应链的弹性增强与可持续发展。此外，研究发现国际合作与规则制定在“去风险”过程中具有重要作用，能够有效平衡安全与发展之间的关系。这一研究成果不仅有助于深化对供应链安全问题的理解，也为全球供应链治理提供了重要的参考价值。

De-risking Strategies for Supply Chains in the Context of Sino-US Strategic Competition

Abstract
In the context of the deepening development of globalization and the evolution of geopolitical pattern, the strategic competition between China and the United States has become increasingly fierce, and supply chain security has become one of the core issues concerned by all countries. This study aims to explore how to optimize the global supply chain layout through "de-risk" strategy in the context of Sino-US strategic competition, so as to reduce the impact of potential geopolitical and economic uncertainties. "De-risk" of supply chain is not simply "de-Sinicization" or "de-Americanization", but it needs to achieve resilience and sustainable development of supply chain through diversification, regionalization and digital transformation. In addition, the study found that international cooperation and rule-making play an important role in the "de-risk" process, which can effectively balance the relationship between security and development. This research not only helps to deepen the understanding of supply chain security issues, but also provides an important reference value for global supply chain governance.
