摘要
工业固体废物的产生伴随着工业化进程的加速,其处理与处置已成为全球关注的重要环境问题。为实现可持续发展目标,本研究旨在探讨工业固体废物资源化利用的经济与环境效益,并提出优化路径。通过构建综合评价模型,结合生命周期分析法和成本-效益分析方法,选取典型工业固体废物案例进行定量评估。研究表明,工业固体废物资源化利用不仅能显著降低环境污染负荷,减少温室气体排放,还能创造可观的经济效益,包括节约原材料成本和增加就业机会等。创新点在于将环境影响与经济收益纳入统一框架进行量化分析,同时考虑区域差异和技术可行性对资源化利用效率的影响。研究结果表明,合理政策引导、技术升级以及产业链协同是提升资源化利用水平的关键因素。主要贡献在于为政府制定相关政策和企业优化资源配置提供了科学依据,同时强调了跨学科视角在解决复杂环境问题中的重要性,为进一步推动循环经济和绿色转型奠定了理论基础。

Abstract
The generation of industrial solid waste has accompanied the acceleration of industrialization, and its treatment and disposal have become significant environmental issues of global concern. To achieve sustainable development goals, this study investigates the economic and environmental benefits of resource utilization of industrial solid waste and proposes optimization pathways. By constructing a comprehensive evaluation model that integrates life cycle analysis and cost-benefit analysis methods, typical cases of industrial solid waste are selected for quantitative assessment. The findings indicate that the resource utilization of industrial solid waste not only significantly reduces environmental pollution loads and greenhouse gas emissions but also generates substantial economic benefits, including savings in raw material costs and increased employment opportunities. An innovation of this study lies in incorporating environmental impacts and economic gains into a unified fr amework for quantification, while considering the influence of regional differences and technical feasibility on the efficiency of resource utilization. The results demonstrate that appropriate policy guidance, technological upgrading, and industrial chain collaboration are key factors in enhancing the level of resource utilization. The primary contribution of this research is to provide a scientific basis for governments to formulate relevant policies and for enterprises to optimize resource allocation, while emphasizing the importance of interdisciplinary perspectives in addressing complex environmental problems, thereby laying a theoretical foundation for further promoting the circular economy and green transformation.
