摘 要
随着电子商务的快速发展,企业面临日益复杂的市场环境和消费者需求变化,供应链整合与服务创新成为提升竞争力的核心议题。本研究以电商环境为背景,探讨企业如何通过优化供应链管理实现资源协同,并结合服务创新满足用户多样化需求。研究基于系统动力学理论和案例分析方法,选取典型电商平台及其合作企业作为研究对象,构建了供应链整合与服务创新的双驱动模型。通过对数据的定量分析与定性解读,发现供应链整合能够显著提高运营效率,而服务创新则有效增强用户体验与品牌忠诚度。此外,研究揭示了技术赋能、信息共享及跨部门协作在整合与创新过程中的关键作用。

Abstract
With the rapid development of e-commerce, enterprises are faced with an increasingly complex market environment and changes in consumer demand, and supply chain integration and service innovation have become the core issues to enhance competitiveness. In the background of e-commerce environment, this study discusses how enterprises can realize resource collaboration by optimizing supply chain management and meet the diversified needs of users combined with service innovation. Based on the system dynamics theory and case analysis method, the typical e-commerce platforms and their cooperative enterprises are selected as the research ob jects to build a dual-driven model of supply chain integration and service innovation. Through quantitative analysis and qualitative interpretation of the data, it is found that supply chain integration can significantly improve operational efficiency, while service innovation can effectively enhance user experience and brand loyalty. In addition, research reveals the key role of technology empowerment, information sharing and cross-departmental collaboration in the process of integration and innovation.
