鸡大肠杆菌病的病原学研究与防控实践
摘 要
鸡大肠杆菌病是由致病性大肠杆菌引起的一种常见且严重的禽类传染病，广泛分布于全球养鸡业中，给养殖业带来了巨大的经济损失。本研究旨在深入探讨鸡大肠杆菌病的病原学特征及其防控策略，以期为该病的有效防治提供科学依据。通过对来自中国多个省份的鸡群样本进行病原菌分离与鉴定，结合分子生物学技术对菌株的毒力基因、耐药性及血清型进行系统分析，发现不同地区的大肠杆菌菌株在毒力基因分布和耐药性方面存在显著差异。研究结果表明，部分菌株携带多种高毒力基因，且对多种抗生素表现出耐药性，提示当前临床用药策略亟需调整。基于上述发现，本研究进一步提出了以疫苗接种为主的综合防控措施，并通过田间试验验证了其有效性。

PATHOLOGICAL STUDY AND PREVENTION AND CONTROL PRACTICE OF ESCHERICHIA COLI DISEASE IN CHICKEN
ABSTRACT
Chicken Escherichia coli disease is a common and serious avian infectious disease caused by pathogenic E. coli. It is widely distributed in the global chicken industry and brings great economic losses to the breeding industry. This study aims to deeply explore the pathogenic characteristics and the prevention and control strategies of Escherichia coli disease in chickens, in order to provide a scientific basis for the effective prevention and control of the disease. Through the isolation and identification of pathogen samples from many provinces in China, and the systematic analysis of virulence genes, resistance and serotypes combined with molecular biology techniques, we found significant differences in virulence gene distribution and resistance of E. coli strains in different regions. The results show that some strains carry multiple highly virulence genes and show resistance to multiple antibiotics, suggesting that the current clinical drug strategies need to be adjusted. Based on the above findings, this study further proposed a comprehensive prevention and control measures mainly based on vaccination, and verified their effectiveness through field experiments.
