A study on vocabulary memorization and application ability of students in English interpreting
Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explore the vocabulary memory and application ability of students in English interpreting in order to improve the quality and efficiency of interpreting. By collecting the relevant data and analyzing the data, the results of the study made some important findings. This paper first introduces the background, purpose and significance of the study, and then summarizes the relevant theoretical basis, including the theoretical model of vocabulary memory and the training method of application ability. Next, it analyzes the problems and challenges in the process of interpreting, including difficulty in memorizing words and insufficient application ability. To solve these problems, this study puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures, including using effective memory skills, increasing vocabulary input and output practice, and using context for vocabulary application training. Finally, the main conclusions of the study are summarized, and the future research direction is prospected.
