牛肠胃炎的诊治与病因分析
摘 要
牛肠胃炎是影响畜牧业发展的重要疾病之一，其病因复杂且诊治难度较大。本研究旨在系统分析牛肠胃炎的病因，并探索有效的诊治方法，以提高临床治疗效果。通过回顾性分析和现场调查相结合的方法，收集了2020年至2023年间某地区规模化养殖场中500例牛肠胃炎病例的临床资料，结合实验室检测结果，对病因进行分类统计。研究发现，牛肠胃炎的主要病因包括饲料质量不佳、环境应激、病原微生物感染及寄生虫侵袭等，其中饲料因素占比最高（45.6%）。在诊治方面，本研究提出了一种基于临床症状分级和实验室检测结果的综合治疗方案，显著提高了治愈率（从传统方法的78.3%提升至92.5%）。此外，研究还发现早期干预和精准用药是提高疗效的关键因素。

DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT AND ETIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF BOVINE GASTROENTERITIS
ABSTRACT
Bovine gastroenteritis is one of the important diseases affecting the development of animal husbandry, its etiology is complex and diagnosis and treatment is difficult. This study aims to systematically analyze the etiology of bovine gastroenteritis and explore effective diagnosis and treatment methods to improve the clinical treatment effect. By combining retrospective analysis and field investigation, the clinical data of 500 cases of bovine gastroenteritis in a large-scale breeding farm in an area from 2020 to 2023 were collected, and the causes were classified by combining the laboratory test results. It was found that the main causes of bovine gastroenteritis include poor feed quality, environmental stress, pathogenic microbial infection and parasitic invasion, among which feed factors accounted for the highest proportion (45.6%). In terms of diagnosis and treatment, this study proposed a comprehensive treatment plan based on clinical symptom grading and laboratory test results, which significantly improved the cure rate (from 78.3% to 92.5%). In addition, studies have found that early intervention and precision medication are the key factors to improve the efficacy.
