摘  要

随着现代社会的快速发展,工作压力已成为影响员工心理健康的重要因素之一,这一问题在组织管理与员工福祉领域受到广泛关注。本研究旨在探讨工作压力与员工心理健康之间的关系,并进一步分析其潜在机制。基于某地区企业的问卷调查数据,本研究采用分层回归分析和中介效应检验等统计方法,对423名员工的样本进行了实证分析。结果表明,工作压力显著负向影响员工的心理健康水平,且心理资本在两者之间起到了部分中介作用,即较高的心理资本能够缓解工作压力对心理健康的负面影响。此外,社会支持被证实为重要的调节变量,当员工获得较高水平的社会支持时,工作压力对心理健康的损害程度会有所减弱。本研究的创新点在于同时引入心理资本和社会支持作为中介与调节变量,揭示了工作压力影响心理健康的复杂机制,为相关理论提供了新的实证依据。研究结论不仅有助于深化对工作压力与心理健康关系的理解,还为组织管理实践提供了具体建议,例如通过提升员工心理资本和加强社会支持体系来改善员工的心理健康状况,从而促进组织整体绩效的提升。

An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Work Stress and Employees' Mental Health

Abstract:With the rapid development of modern society, work pressure has become one of the critical factors affecting employees' mental health, drawing significant attention in the fields of organizational management and employee well-being. This study aims to explore the relationship between work pressure and employees' mental health and further analyze its underlying mechanisms. Based on questionnaire survey data from enterprises in a specific region, statistical methods such as hierarchical regression analysis and mediation effect testing were employed to conduct empirical analyses on a sample of 423 employees. The results indicate that work pressure significantly negatively influences employees' mental health levels, with psychological capital partially mediating this relationship; specifically, higher psychological capital can alleviate the negative impact of work pressure on mental health. Additionally, social support was confirmed as an important moderating variable, as the detrimental effects of work pressure on mental health are mitigated when employees receive higher levels of social support. The novelty of this study lies in simultaneously introducing psychological capital and social support as mediating and moderating variables, revealing the complex mechanisms through which work pressure affects mental health and providing new empirical evidence for relevant theories. The conclusions not only deepen the understanding of the relationship between work pressure and mental health but also offer practical recommendations for organizational management, such as enhancing employees' psychological capital and strengthening social support systems to improve their mental health status, thereby promoting overall organizational performance.
