Abstract 

  With the rapid development of the digital economy, blockchain technology, as an emerging distributed ledger technology, is profoundly transforming the traditional model of enterprise supply chain management. This study aims to explore the impact of blockchain technology on enhancing supply chain transparency, optimizing information-sharing mechanisms, and reducing operational costs, while analyzing its potential contribution to corporate competitiveness. By employing a mixed-methods approach that combines qualitative and quantitative analyses, this research systematically evaluates the current status and effects of blockchain technology in supply chain management through literature reviews, case studies, and questionnaire surveys. The findings indicate that blockchain technology can significantly improve the traceability and reliability of supply chain data, mitigate issues of information asymmetry, and achieve process automation via smart contracts, thereby effectively reducing transaction costs and enhancing efficiency. Additionally, this study reveals that the application of blockchain technology fosters higher levels of collaboration and risk management capabilities for enterprises, yet it also faces challenges such as insufficient technological maturity, a lack of standardized systems, and privacy protection concerns. A key innovation of this study lies in constructing a comprehensive evaluation fr amework for the impact of blockchain technology on supply chain management from a multi-dimensional perspective, along with proposing targeted implementation recommendations.
