摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,企业数字化转型已成为推动组织变革和提升竞争力的重要途径。本研究旨在探讨数字化转型对组织文化的影响机制及其深远意义。基于此,研究选取了30家不同行业的代表性企业作为样本,通过问卷调查、深度访谈与案例分析相结合的方法,系统考察了数字化转型在价值观重塑、沟通模式优化及创新氛围营造等方面的作用。研究发现,数字化转型显著促进了组织文化的现代化升级,具体表现为员工协作效率的提升、信息透明度的增强以及适应性文化的形成。此外,技术驱动下的数据共享和智能化决策进一步强化了组织内部的信任关系与协同能力。本研究的创新点在于首次构建了数字化转型与组织文化互动影响的理论框架,并揭示了技术因素与文化要素之间的动态耦合关系。这一成果不仅为相关领域的学术研究提供了新的视角,也为企业在推进数字化转型过程中如何有效管理文化变革提供了实践指导。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, digital transformation in enterprises has become a crucial pathway to drive organizational change and enhance competitiveness. This study aims to explore the impact mechanism and profound implications of digital transformation on organizational culture. To achieve this, 30 representative companies from various industries were selected as samples, and a systematic investigation was conducted using a combination of questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, and case analyses. The study examined the role of digital transformation in reshaping values, optimizing communication patterns, and fostering an innovative atmosphere within organizations. Findings indicate that digital transformation significantly promotes the modernization upgrade of organizational culture, manifested through improved employee collaboration efficiency, enhanced information transparency, and the formation of adaptive cultures. Moreover, data sharing and intelligent decision-making driven by technology further strengthen trust relationships and collaborative capabilities within organizations. A key innovation of this research lies in the first-time construction of a theoretical fr amework elucidating the interactive influence between digital transformation and organizational culture, revealing the dynamic coupling relationship between technological factors and cultural elements. This outcome not only provides a new perspective for academic research in related fields but also offers practical guidance for enterprises on effectively managing cultural changes during the process of digital transformation.
