摘 要
在全球经济一体化和市场竞争日益激烈的背景下,中小企业作为推动经济增长和促进就业的重要力量,其国际化经营已成为提升竞争力的必然选择。本研究旨在探讨中小企业在国际化进程中所面临的挑战与机遇,并提出切实可行的策略与路径。通过文献综述、案例分析及问卷调查相结合的研究方法,本文选取了多个具有代表性的中小企业为样本,深入剖析其国际化过程中的关键因素。研究表明,中小企业在国际化过程中需重点关注资源禀赋、市场适应能力以及战略规划等核心要素。同时,数字化转型和国际合作平台的利用对中小企业国际化起到了显著的推动作用。本研究的创新点在于将理论框架与实践案例紧密结合,提出了基于动态能力视角的分阶段国际化路径模型,为中小企业制定国际化战略提供了系统性指导。此外,研究还强调了文化适应性和风险管理的重要性,指出中小企业应根据自身特点灵活调整策略。

Abstract
In the context of global economic integration and increasingly fierce market competition, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as a crucial force driving economic growth and promoting employment, have inevitably chosen internationalization as a means to enhance their competitiveness. This study aims to explore the challenges and opportunities faced by SMEs during their internationalization process and to propose practical strategies and pathways. By employing a research methodology that combines literature review, case analysis, and questionnaire surveys, this paper selects several representative SMEs as samples to conduct an in-depth analysis of the critical factors involved in their internationalization. The findings indicate that SMEs should focus on key elements such as resource endowment, market adaptability, and strategic planning during their internationalization journey. Moreover, digital transformation and the utilization of international cooperation platforms have been shown to significantly facilitate SME internationalization. The innovation of this study lies in its close integration of theoretical fr ameworks with practical cases, proposing a phased internationalization path model based on the dynamic capabilities perspective, which provides systematic guidance for SMEs in formulating internationalization strategies. Additionally, the study emphasizes the importance of cultural adaptability and risk management, suggesting that SMEs should flexibly adjust their strategies according to their own characteristics.
