摘 要
在新经济环境下,企业面临技术革新、市场需求变化和全球竞争加剧等多重挑战,亟需通过战略调整与创新以实现可持续发展。本研究旨在探讨企业在数字化转型、绿色经济和创新驱动背景下的战略调整路径及其实施效果,为提升企业竞争力提供理论支持与实践指导。研究采用定性与定量相结合的方法,通过对典型行业案例的深入分析以及大规模问卷调查数据的统计建模,揭示了企业战略调整的关键驱动因素及其对绩效的影响机制。结果表明,技术创新能力、组织灵活性和资源整合能力是企业成功应对新经济环境的核心要素,而数字化转型和绿色发展战略的协同效应尤为显著。此外,研究发现企业应根据自身资源禀赋和外部环境特征,选择适合的战略调整模式,并注重长期价值创造而非短期利益最大化。

Abstract
In the new economic environment, enterprises are faced with multiple challenges, such as technological innovation, changing market demand, and intensified global competition, and urgently need to achieve sustainable development through strategic adjustment and innovation. The purpose of this study is to explore the strategic adjustment path and implementation effect of enterprises in the background of digital transformation, green economy and innovation-driven development, so as to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the competitiveness of enterprises. The study uses both qualitative and quantitative methods to reveal the key drivers of enterprise strategy adjustment and its influence mechanism on performance through in-depth analysis of typical industry cases and statistical modeling of large-scale questionnaire survey data. The results show that the ability of technological innovation, organizational flexibility and resource integration are the core elements of enterprises to successfully respond to the new economic environment, and the synergistic effect of digital transformation and green development strategy is particularly significant. In addition, the study found that enterprises should choose the appropriate strategic adjustment mode according to their own resource endowment and external environment characteristics, and pay attention to long-term value creation rather than short-term benefit maximization.
