高校体育教育专业学生职业素养的培养研究

摘  要:随着我国体育事业的快速发展,高校体育教育专业学生的职业素养培养已成为提升体育行业整体水平的关键环节。本研究旨在探讨如何有效提升体育教育专业学生的综合职业素养,以满足社会对高素质体育人才的需求。研究采用问卷调查、深度访谈与案例分析相结合的方法,选取全国10所高校的500名体育教育专业学生作为样本,系统考察其职业素养现状及影响因素。结果表明,当前学生在专业技能、职业道德和实践能力等方面存在不同程度的不足,而教学模式单一、实践机会匮乏是主要制约因素。本研究创新性地提出“三位一体”培养模式,即通过理论教学、实践训练与职业规划指导的有机结合,全面提升学生的综合素养。该模式已在试点高校取得显著成效,为同类院校提供了可借鉴的经验。研究表明,优化课程体系、强化实践环节以及构建多元化评价机制是提升学生职业素养的有效路径,对推动体育教育专业人才培养具有重要参考价值。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China's sports industry, cultivating professional competence among college students majoring in physical education has become a critical factor in enhancing the overall level of the sports sector. This study aims to explore effective strategies for improving the comprehensive professional competence of students in physical education programs, thereby meeting societal demands for high-quality sports professionals. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, and case analysis, with a sample of 500 students from physical education programs at 10 universities across the country. The findings reveal varying degrees of inadequacy in students' professional skills, ethical standards, and practical abilities, with单一 teaching models and insufficient practical opportunities identified as primary constraints. In response, this study innovatively proposes a "trinity" cultivation model, which integrates theoretical instruction, practical training, and career planning guidance to comprehensively enhance student competence. Pilot implementation at selected institutions has demonstrated significant effectiveness, providing replicable experiences for similar colleges. The research indicates that optimizing curriculum systems, strengthening practical components, and establishing diversified evaluation mechanisms are effective pathways to improve students' professional competence, offering valuable insights for advancing talent cultivation in physical education programs.
