摘 要：随着我国教育体系的不断完善，小学体育教学逐渐受到广泛关注，而安全教育作为其中的重要组成部分，对保障学生身心健康和促进全面发展具有重要意义。本研究旨在探讨如何在小学体育教学中有效融入与实施安全教育，通过文献分析、问卷调查及案例研究等方法，系统考察当前小学体育教学中安全教育的现状、问题及改进策略。研究发现，部分学校存在安全教育意识薄弱、教学内容单一及评价机制缺失等问题，亟需构建科学合理的安全教育体系。为此，本研究提出以“预防为主、全面覆盖”为核心的教学模式，并设计了针对性的安全教育课程框架，强调理论知识与实践技能相结合。研究结果表明，该模式能够显著提升学生的安全意识和自我保护能力，同时为教师提供明确的教学指导。本研究的主要创新点在于将安全教育有机嵌入体育教学全过程，形成可操作性强的实施方案，为推动小学体育教学改革提供了有益参考。

Abstract：With the continuous improvement of China's education system, physical education in primary schools has received increasing attention, and safety education, as an essential component, plays a significant role in safeguarding students' physical and mental health and promoting their overall development. This study aims to explore how safety education can be effectively integrated and implemented in primary school physical education. Through methods such as literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and case studies, the current status, issues, and improvement strategies of safety education in primary school physical education are systematically examined. The findings reveal that some schools face problems such as weak awareness of safety education,单一 teaching content, and a lack of evaluation mechanisms, necessitating the construction of a scientific and reasonable safety education system. To address these challenges, this study proposes a teaching model centered on "prevention first, full coverage" and designs a targeted safety education curriculum fr amework that emphasizes the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The results indicate that this model significantly enhances students' safety awareness and self-protection abilities while providing teachers with clear instructional guidance. A key innovation of this study lies in organically embedding safety education into the entire process of physical education, resulting in an implementable solution that offers valuable reference for advancing reforms in primary school physical education.
