摘 要:随着新时代背景下思想政治教育与心理健康教育的深度融合,如何构建二者协同机制成为亟待解决的重要课题。本研究旨在探讨大学生思想政治教育与心理健康教育协同机制的理论基础、实践路径及优化策略,以期提升教育的整体效能。通过文献分析、问卷调查和案例研究相结合的方法,本研究系统梳理了当前两种教育模式的现状与问题,并提出从目标整合、资源整合及评价体系优化三个维度构建协同机制的创新思路。研究发现,思想政治教育与心理健康教育在育人目标上具有高度一致性,但在实际操作中仍存在沟通不畅、资源分散等问题。通过建立跨部门协作平台、完善信息共享机制以及强化教师队伍培训,可以有效促进二者的协同发展。本研究的主要贡献在于提出了具体可操作的协同框架,为高校教育工作者提供了理论参考与实践指导,有助于实现大学生全面发展与健康成长的目标。

Abstract:With the deep integration of ideological and political education and mental health education under the new era context, how to construct a collaborative mechanism between the two has become an urgent and important issue to address. This study aims to explore the theoretical foundations, practical pathways, and optimization strategies for the synergy between college students' ideological and political education and mental health education in order to enhance the overall effectiveness of education. By employing a combination of literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and case studies, this research systematically examines the current status and problems of the two educational models and proposes an innovative approach to constructing a collaborative mechanism from three dimensions: goal integration, resource integration, and evaluation system optimization. The findings indicate that ideological and political education and mental health education share a high degree of consistency in their educational goals but still face issues such as poor communication and scattered resources in practice. Establishing cross-departmental collaboration platforms, improving information-sharing mechanisms, and strengthening teacher training can effectively promote the synergistic development of the two fields. The primary contribution of this study lies in proposing a specific and actionable collaborative fr amework, providing theoretical references and practical guidance for higher education practitioners, and contributing to the comprehensive development and healthy growth of college students.
