摘 要：随着全球化进程的加速和多元文化的交融，高校思想政治教育面临着新的机遇与挑战，在此背景下，如何有效融入中华优秀传统文化并实现创新成为重要课题。本研究旨在探讨传统文化在高校思想政治教育中的融入路径及创新策略，以提升教育效果和文化认同感。通过文献分析、案例研究与问卷调查相结合的方法，系统考察了当前高校思想政治教育中传统文化融入的现状及存在的问题，并提出了具体改进措施。研究发现，传统文化的融入能够显著增强思想政治教育的吸引力和说服力，而数字化教学手段的应用则为创新提供了技术支持。本研究的创新点在于构建了“文化—技术”双驱动模式，强调以学生为中心的互动式教学设计，并提出将虚拟现实等新兴技术引入课堂，从而实现传统文化资源的活化利用。研究成果为高校思想政治教育改革提供了理论参考与实践指导，有助于培养具有文化自信和全球视野的新时代人才。

Abstract：With the acceleration of globalization and the convergence of multiculturalism, ideological and political education in higher education institutions is facing new opportunities and challenges. Against this backdrop, effectively integrating excellent traditional Chinese culture and achieving innovation has become an important research topic. This study aims to explore the integration pathways and innovative strategies of traditional culture in ideological and political education at higher education institutions to enhance educational effectiveness and cultural identity. By employing a combination of literature analysis, case studies, and questionnaire surveys, the current status and existing issues regarding the integration of traditional culture into ideological and political education were systematically examined, along with specific improvement measures proposed. The findings indicate that the integration of traditional culture significantly strengthens the appeal and persuasiveness of ideological and political education, while the application of digital teaching methods provides technical support for innovation. A key contribution of this study lies in the construction of a "culture-technology" dual-driven model, which emphasizes interactive teaching design centered on students and proposes the introduction of emerging technologies such as virtual reality into classrooms to activate traditional cultural resources. The research outcomes provide theoretical references and practical guidance for the reform of ideological and political education in higher education institutions, contributing to the cultivation of individuals with cultural confidence and a global perspective for the new era.
