摘 要：随着时代发展和社会需求的变化，志愿服务活动在高校思想政治教育中的育人功能日益凸显。本研究旨在探讨志愿服务活动对大学生思想品德、社会责任感和实践能力的培养作用，并分析其在思想政治教育体系中的独特价值。通过文献分析、问卷调查和案例研究相结合的方法，本研究选取了多所高校的志愿服务项目作为样本，深入考察了参与者的心理变化、行为模式及价值观念的塑造过程。研究发现，志愿服务活动能够有效促进学生的思想政治素质提升，增强其社会参与意识和责任担当精神，同时为高校思想政治教育提供了实践载体和创新路径。本研究的创新点在于将志愿服务与思想政治教育深度融合，提出了“实践育人”的新范式，强调以活动为媒介实现价值引领与能力培养的统一。这一成果为完善高校思想政治教育体系提供了理论支持和实践参考，具有重要的现实意义和推广价值。

Abstract：With the evolution of society and changing demands, the educational role of volunteer services in ideological and political education at universities has become increasingly prominent. This study investigates the cultivation effects of volunteer activities on college students' moral qualities, sense of social responsibility, and practical abilities, while analyzing their unique value within the ideological and political education system. By integrating literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and case studies, this research selects multiple university volunteer service programs as samples to examine participants' psychological changes, behavioral patterns, and the formation of their value systems. The findings indicate that volunteer activities effectively enhance students' ideological and political qualities, strengthen their awareness of social participation and sense of responsibility, and provide practical platforms and innovative approaches for ideological and political education in universities. A key innovation of this study lies in its deep integration of volunteer services with ideological and political education, proposing a new paradigm of "practice-oriented education" that emphasizes the unification of value guidance and capability development through activity-based mediation. This outcome offers theoretical support and practical references for improving the ideological and political education system in universities, demonstrating significant practical relevance and potential for promotion.
