摘 要:高校作为培养高层次人才的重要阵地,其思想政治教育在突发事件中的作用日益凸显。本研究以高校突发事件为背景,聚焦思想政治教育的疏导机制,旨在探索有效应对突发事件的思想引导路径。通过文献分析、案例研究与问卷调查相结合的方法,系统梳理了当前高校思想政治教育在突发事件中的现状与问题,并构建了一套基于心理疏导与价值引领相融合的教育模式。研究发现,将思想政治教育融入突发事件管理全过程,能够显著提升学生的心理韧性和价值认同。创新点在于提出了“双轨并行”的疏导策略,即心理干预与思想引导同步推进,同时开发了针对性强的教育工具包,为高校提供实践参考。研究成果不仅丰富了思想政治教育理论,也为高校在突发事件中的教育管理提供了具体可行的操作框架,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。

Abstract:Universities, as crucial platforms for nurturing high-level talents, have increasingly highlighted the role of ideological and political education in responding to emergencies. This study focuses on themechanism of ideological and political education within the context of university emergencies, aiming to explore effective pathways for ideological guidance during such events. By employing a combination of literature analysis, case studies, and questionnaire surveys, the research systematically examines the current status and challenges of ideological and political education in emergencies at universities and proposes an educational model that integrates psychological counseling with value leadership. The findings indicate that embedding ideological and political education throughout the process of emergency management significantly enhances students' psychological resilience and value identification. An innovation of this study lies in the proposal of a “dual-track” approach, which synchronizes psychological intervention with ideological guidance, while also developing a targeted educational toolkit to provide practical references for universities. This research not only enriches the theoretical fr amework of ideological and political education but also offers a concrete and feasible operational fr amework for educational management in emergencies, thereby holding significant theoretical and practical implications.
