摘 要：随着高等教育的快速发展，大学生思想政治教育与校园文化建设之间的互动关系成为研究热点。本研究旨在探讨两者如何相互作用以提升教育效果和文化氛围。通过问卷调查、深度访谈及案例分析等方法，选取多所高校作为研究对象，系统考察了思想政治教育对校园文化的影响以及校园文化对思想政治教育的反哺作用。研究发现，良好的校园文化能够为思想政治教育提供丰富的资源和载体，而有效的思想政治教育则能引导校园文化的健康发展。创新点在于构建了“双向互动模型”，明确了两者的协同机制，并提出了优化策略。主要贡献是为高校提供了理论依据和实践路径，有助于实现思想政治教育与校园文化的深度融合，从而促进学生全面发展和高校育人质量的提升。

Abstract：With the rapid development of higher education, the interactive relationship between college students' ideological and political education and campus culture construction has become a research hotspot. This study aims to explore how these two elements interact to enhance educational effectiveness and cultural atmosphere. By employing methods such as questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and case analyses, multiple universities were selected as research subjects to systematically examine the influence of ideological and political education on campus culture and the reciprocal role of campus culture in nurturing ideological and political education. The findings indicate that a positive campus culture can provide abundant resources and carriers for ideological and political education, while effective ideological and political education can guide the healthy development of campus culture. An innovation of this study lies in the construction of a "bidirectional interaction model," which clarifies the collaborative mechanism between the two and proposes optimization strategies. The primary contribution is to offer theoretical foundations and practical approaches for universities, facilitating the deep integration of ideological and political education with campus culture and thereby promoting students' all-round development and improving the quality of university education.
