摘 要:随着社会治理重心向基层下移,社区治理成为国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要组成部分,而思想政治教育在其中发挥着价值引领与共识凝聚的关键作用。本研究旨在探讨思想政治教育在社区治理中的实践路径与创新模式,通过文献分析、案例研究与问卷调查相结合的方法,系统考察了当前思想政治教育在社区治理中的应用现状及其成效。研究发现,将思想政治教育融入社区治理能够有效提升居民的价值认同感与参与积极性,但传统教育方式存在形式单一、针对性不足等问题。为此,本研究提出以数字化技术为支撑的“互动式”教育模式,以及基于社区文化特色的“嵌入式”教育策略,实现了思想政治教育与社区治理的深度融合。研究结果表明,创新模式的应用显著提升了社区治理效能,为新时代背景下思想政治教育的功能拓展提供了新思路,也为社区治理现代化贡献了理论支持与实践参考。

Abstract:As the focus of social governance shifts to the grassroots level, community governance has become an integral part of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity, with ideological and political education playing a crucial role in value guidance and consensus building. This study aims to explore the practical approaches and innovative models of ideological and political education in community governance by employing a combination of literature analysis, case studies, and questionnaire surveys to systematically examine the current application and effectiveness of ideological and political education in this context. The findings indicate that integrating ideological and political education into community governance can effectively enhance residents' value identification and participation enthusiasm; however, traditional educational methods suffer from issues such insufficient targeting. To address these challenges, this study proposes an "interactive" educational model supported by digital technology and an "embedded" educational strategy based on community cultural characteristics, achieving a deep integration of ideological and political education with community governance. The results demonstrate that the application of these innovative models significantly improves the efficiency of community governance, providing new insights into the functional expansion of ideological and political education in the new era and offering theoretical support and practical references for the modernization of community governance.
