摘 要：生态文明建设是实现可持续发展和人与自然和谐共生的重要战略目标，而思想政治教育在其中发挥着关键的引导作用。本研究以生态文明建设为背景，旨在探讨思想政治教育如何通过价值引领、意识塑造和行为规范促进公众生态观念的形成与实践。研究采用文献分析、案例研究与问卷调查相结合的方法，系统考察了思想政治教育在提升公众生态意识、推动绿色生活方式以及强化生态保护责任中的具体表现。结果表明，思想政治教育能够有效激发个体对生态文明建设的认同感和参与度，并通过多元化的教育形式将生态理念内化为社会共识。本研究的创新点在于首次构建了思想政治教育与生态文明建设互动机制的理论框架，明确了教育内容、方法与效果之间的逻辑关系，为相关政策制定提供了理论支撑和实践参考。研究表明，加强思想政治教育的针对性和实效性，是推动生态文明建设向纵深发展的必要路径。

Abstract：The construction of ecological civilization is a crucial strategic goal for achieving sustainable development and harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, in which ideological and political education plays a key guiding role. This study, set against the backdrop of ecological civilization construction, aims to explore how ideological and political education promotes the formation and practice of public ecological awareness through value leadership, consciousness shaping, and behavioral regulation. By employing a combination of literature analysis, case studies, and questionnaire surveys, the research systematically examines the specific manifestations of ideological and political education in enhancing public ecological awareness, promoting green lifestyles, and reinforcing ecological protection responsibilities. The results indicate that ideological and political education can effectively stimulate individuals' sense of identity with and participation in ecological civilization construction, internalizing ecological concepts as social consensus through diversified educational approaches. A notable innovation of this study lies in its first-time construction of a theoretical fr amework for the interactive mechanism between ideological and political education and ecological civilization construction, clarifying the logical relationship among educational content, methods, and outcomes, thereby providing theoretical support and practical references for relevant policy formulation. The findings suggest that strengthening the relevance and effectiveness of ideological and political education is a necessary path to advancing ecological civilization construction in depth.
