摘 要：随着社会经济的快速发展和就业市场的多元化，大学生职业素养的提升成为高等教育的重要目标之一，而思想政治教育在这一过程中具有不可替代的作用。本研究旨在探讨思想政治教育对大学生职业素养培养的影响机制及其实际效果，通过文献分析、问卷调查和案例研究相结合的方法，收集并分析了来自多所高校的数据。研究发现，思想政治教育不仅能够塑造学生的价值观和道德观，还能有效增强其社会责任感、团队协作能力和职业规划意识，从而全面提升职业素养。创新点在于首次构建了思想政治教育与职业素养之间的关联模型，并验证了其在不同专业背景学生中的适用性。研究表明，将思想政治教育融入职业素养培养体系，能够显著提高教育效果，为高校相关课程设计提供了理论支持和实践参考。

Abstract：With the rapid development of socioeconomy and the diversification of the job market, enhancing college students' professional competence has become one of the key ob jectives of higher education, in which ideological and political education plays an irreplaceable role. This study aims to explore the influence mechanism and practical effects of ideological and political education on the cultivation of college students' professional competence by integrating methods of literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and case studies to collect and analyze data from multiple universities. The findings indicate that ideological and political education not only shapes students' values and ethics but also effectively strengthens their sense of social responsibility, team collaboration skills, and career planning awareness, thereby comprehensively improving their professional competence. An innovation of this research lies in the first-time construction of an association model between ideological and political education and professional competence, whose applicability among students with different academic backgrounds has been verified. The study demonstrates that incorporating ideological and political education into the professional competence cultivation system can significantly enhance educational outcomes, providing theoretical support and practical references for relevant curriculum design in higher education institutions.
