基于胜任力模型的人才选拔与培养体系构建


摘  要:随着企业竞争环境日益复杂化,人才选拔与培养成为组织可持续发展的关键环节,而基于胜任力模型的体系构建为解决这一问题提供了科学路径本研究以现代人力资源管理理论为基础,结合实际需求,旨在通过构建系统化的胜任力模型,优化人才选拔与培养机制研究采用定性与定量相结合的方法,首先通过文献分析和专家访谈明确核心胜任力要素,随后运用问卷调查和统计分析验证模型的可靠性和有效性结果表明,基于胜任力模型的人才选拔能够显著提升岗位匹配度,而针对性的培养方案则有效促进了员工能力发展本研究的创新点在于将动态评估机制融入胜任力模型,实现了对人才发展的全过程跟踪,同时提出了分层次、分阶段的培养策略,增强了体系的实用性和适应性该研究为企业提供了一套可操作性强的解决方案,对推动人力资源管理的科学化和精细化具有重要参考价值

Construction of Talent Selection and Development System Based on Competency Model

Abstract:As the business competition environment becomes increasingly complex, talent selection and development have become critical components for organizational sustainability. The construction of systems based on competency models provides a scientific approach to addressing these challenges. Grounded in modern human resource management theory and aligned with practical requirements, this study aims to optimize talent selection and development mechanisms by constructing a systematic competency model. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques. Initially, core competency factors were identified through literature analysis and expert interviews. Subsequently, the reliability and validity of the model were verified using questionnaire surveys and statistical analyses. The findings indicate that talent selection based on the competency model significantly enhances job-person fit, while targeted development programs effectively promote employee capability growth. An innovative aspect of this research is the integration of a dynamic evaluation mechanism into the competency model, enabling comprehensive tracking of talent development across all stages. Additionally, stratified and phased development strategies are proposed, enhancing the practicality and adaptability of the system. This study offers enterprises a highly operational solution and holds significant reference value for advancing the scientization and refinement of human resource management practices.
