摘 要:在全球化与知识经济快速发展的背景下,企业面临日益激烈的竞争环境,员工职业发展规划与企业培训体系的协同成为提升组织绩效和员工满意度的关键。本研究旨在探讨两者协同机制的作用机理及其对企业发展的影响,通过构建理论框架并结合实证分析,揭示其内在关联。研究采用问卷调查与结构方程模型相结合的方法,选取多家代表性企业的员工数据进行分析,结果表明,科学的职业发展规划能够显著增强培训体系的效果,而完善的培训体系则为职业发展提供了重要支撑。此外,研究发现协同机制在促进员工能力提升、激发工作积极性以及降低流失率方面具有显著作用。本研究的创新点在于首次将职业发展规划与培训体系置于统一框架下进行系统性分析,并提出具体的协同优化路径,为企业实践提供了理论依据和操作指南,同时丰富了相关领域的学术研究。

Abstract:In the context of rapid globalization and the development of knowledge-based economies, enterprises are facing increasingly competitive environments, making the synergy between employees' career development planning and corporate training systems critical for enhancing organizational performance and employee satisfaction. This study aims to explore the underlying mechanisms of this synergy and its impact on enterprise development by constructing a theoretical fr amework and conducting empirical analysis to reveal their intrinsic relationships. By employing a combination of questionnaire surveys and structural equation modeling, this research analyzes employee data from multiple representative enterprises. The results indicate that a well-designed career development plan can significantly enhance the effectiveness of the training system, while a comprehensive training system provides essential support for career advancement. Furthermore, the study finds that the synergy mechanism plays a significant role in promoting employee competence, stimulating work motivation, and reducing turnover rates. A key innovation of this research lies in its systematic analysis of career development planning and training systems within a unified fr amework, proposing specific pathways for optimizing their synergy. This not only offers theoretical guidance and practical recommendations for enterprises but also enriches academic research in related fields.
