摘 要:在全球化与数字化快速发展的背景下,企业高管领导力的提升成为组织竞争力的核心要素之一。本研究旨在探索适应新时代需求的企业高管领导力培训模式,通过创新设计与实践应用,解决传统培训模式中目标单一、方法陈旧及效果有限等问题。研究采用混合研究方法,结合文献分析、案例研究和实证调查,选取多家代表性企业进行深度调研,并开发了一种融合情境模拟、数字化学习与跨文化互动的综合培训模式。结果表明,该模式能够显著提高高管的战略思维能力、团队领导能力和变革管理能力,同时增强了培训的参与度与实效性。

Abstract:In the context of the rapid development of globalization and digitalization, the promotion of corporate executive leadership has become one of the core elements of organizational competitiveness. This study aims to explore the leadership training mode of enterprise executives that can meet the needs of the new era, and solve the problems of single goal, outdated method and limited effect in the traditional training mode through innovative design and practical application. The research adopted mixed research methods, combined with literature analysis, case study and empirical investigation, selected many representative enterprises for in-depth research, and developed a comprehensive training mode integrating situational simulation, digital learning and cross-cultural interaction. The results show that this model can significantly improve the strategic thinking ability, team leadership ability and change management ability of senior executives, while enhancing the participation and effectiveness of training.
