摘 要
犬牙周病是影响犬类口腔健康的重要疾病,传统治疗方法存在局限性。本研究旨在评估新型临床治疗技术在犬牙周病中的应用效果,以期为临床提供更有效的治疗方案。研究选取了120只患有不同程度牙周病的犬作为实验对象,随机分为三组,分别采用传统治疗方法、激光辅助治疗和超声波洁治结合抗菌药物缓释系统进行治疗。通过为期6个月的跟踪观察,对比分析各组在炎症控制、牙周袋深度改善、附着丧失恢复等方面的指标变化。结果显示,激光辅助治疗和超声波洁治结合抗菌药物缓释系统的新型治疗方法在各项指标上均优于传统方法,尤其在炎症控制和牙周组织修复方面表现突出。其中,超声波洁治结合抗菌药物缓释系统在减少复发率方面具有显著优势。研究表明,新型治疗技术能够有效提高犬牙周病的治疗效果,降低复发风险,为临床治疗提供了新的思路和方法,具有重要的推广应用价值。

Evaluation of New Clinical Treatment Technologies for Canine Periodontal Disease
ABSTRACT
Canine periodontal disease is a significant condition affecting oral health in dogs, and traditional treatment methods have limitations. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of novel clinical techniques in treating canine periodontal disease to provide more effective therapeutic options. A total of 120 dogs with varying degrees of periodontal disease were selected as subjects and randomly divided into three groups: one group received conventional treatment, another underwent laser-assisted therapy, and the third was treated with ultrasonic scaling combined with an antimicrobial drug delivery system. Over a six-month follow-up period, the groups were compared in terms of inflammation control, reduction in periodontal pocket depth, and recovery of attachment loss. The results demonstrated that both laser-assisted therapy and ultrasonic scaling combined with the antimicrobial drug delivery system outperformed traditional methods across all metrics, particularly in inflammation control and periodontal tissue repair. Notably, the ultrasonic scaling combined with the antimicrobial drug delivery system showed a significant advantage in reducing recurrence rates. This study indicates that novel treatment technologies can effectively enhance the treatment outcomes for canine periodontal disease and reduce the risk of recurrence, offering new insights and approaches for clinical practice with important implications for broader application.
