摘 要
野生动物伤害与救护问题日益成为全球关注的焦点，其背后蕴含的伦理争议亟需深入探讨。本研究以野生动物伤害事件为切入点，旨在分析人类干预行为在救护过程中的伦理困境，并提出相应的解决框架。通过文献分析、案例研究和伦理学理论结合的方法，系统梳理了当前野生动物救护实践中的主要伦理挑战，包括动物个体权益与种群利益的权衡、人类干预的正当性以及资源分配的公平性等问题。研究发现，现有救护体系在伦理考量上存在明显不足，尤其在决策机制和规范制定方面缺乏统一标准。基于此，本文创新性地提出了“多层次动态伦理评估模型”，为相关实践提供了可操作的指导工具。该模型强调情境适应性和多方参与，能够有效缓解伦理冲突。本研究的主要贡献在于填补了野生动物救护领域伦理研究的空白，为相关政策制定和实践改进提供了理论支持与实践路径。

Ethical Issues in Wildlife Injury and Rescue
ABSTRACT
The issue of wildlife injury and rescue has increasingly become a global focus, with the underlying ethical controversies requiring in-depth exploration. This study examines wildlife injury events as an entry point to analyze the ethical dilemmas associated with human intervention during rescue processes and proposes a corresponding resolution fr amework. By employing a combination of literature analysis, case studies, and ethical theory, this research systematically reviews the primary ethical challenges in current wildlife rescue practices, including the balancing of individual animal rights against population interests, the legitimacy of human intervention, and the fairness of resource allocation. The findings indicate that existing rescue systems exhibit significant deficiencies in ethical considerations, particularly in decision-making mechanisms and the establishment of standardized protocols. In response, this study innovatively introduces a “Multi-level Dynamic Ethical Assessment Model,” providing a practical guidance tool for relevant practices. This model emphasizes contextual adaptability and multi-party participation, effectively alleviating ethical conflicts. The main contribution of this study lies in addressing the gap in ethical research within the field of wildlife rescue, offering theoretical support and practical pathways for policy formulation and practice improvement.
