犬细小病毒病的精准诊断与治疗策略

摘  要

犬细小病毒病(Canine Parvovirus Disease, CPVD)是全球范围内对幼犬及未免疫犬只威胁最大的传染病之一,其高传染性和致死率严重危害犬类健康并带来经济损失。本研究旨在探索犬细小病毒病的精准诊断与治疗策略,以提高临床诊疗效果并降低死亡率。通过综合运用分子生物学技术、免疫学检测方法和临床数据分析,我们建立了基于实时荧光定量PCR的快速诊断体系,并结合血清生化指标评估病情进展。同时,针对传统治疗方案存在的不足,提出了一种包含抗病毒药物、免疫调节剂和肠道保护剂的综合治疗方案。研究结果表明,该诊断体系可将确诊时间缩短至24小时内,显著提升早期干预效率;而优化后的治疗方案使治愈率提高了约30%,且并发症发生率明显下降。本研究的创新点在于首次将多靶点联合治疗理念引入犬细小病毒病的临床实践,并验证了其可行性和有效性,为未来相关疾病的防控提供了重要参考。

Precise Diagnosis and Treatment Strategies for Canine Parvovirus Disease

ABSTRACT

Canine Parvovirus Disease (CPVD) is one of the most threatening infectious diseases for puppies and unvaccinated dogs globally, with its high transmissibility and mortality rate posing significant hazards to canine health and leading to economic losses. This study aims to explore precise diagnostic methods and treatment strategies for CPVD in order to improve clinical outcomes and reduce mortality. By integrating molecular biology techniques, immunological detection methods, and clinical data analysis, we established a rapid diagnostic system based on real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and combined it with biochemical serum indicators to evaluate disease progression. In addition, addressing the limitations of traditional treatment regimens, we proposed a comprehensive treatment protocol incorporating antiviral drugs, immunomodulators, and intestinal protectants. The results demonstrated that the diagnostic system could reduce confirmation time to within 24 hours, significantly enhancing the efficiency of early intervention. Moreover, the optimized treatment regimen increased the cure rate by approximately 30% and markedly reduced the incidence of complications. The innovation of this study lies in the first application of multi-target combination therapy in the clinical management of CPVD, validating its feasibility and effectiveness, and providing critical references for the prevention and control of related diseases in the future.
