鸡胚胎神经管发育异常是导致先天性神经系统缺陷的重要原因之一,其病因复杂且尚未完全阐明。本研究旨在通过多维度分析探究鸡胚胎神经管闭合障碍的潜在致病机制。研究采用高通量测序技术结合组织学观察,对不同发育阶段的鸡胚胎神经管进行基因表达谱分析,并利用化学诱导模型验证关键信号通路的作用。结果表明,Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的异常激活与神经管闭合失败密切相关,同时发现多个差异表达基因可能作为新的生物标志物参与调控该过程。此外,环境毒素暴露被证实可显著干扰相关信号网络,进一步加剧发育异常的风险。本研究首次揭示了特定信号分子在鸡胚胎神经管发育中的动态作用模式,为理解神经管缺陷的发病机制提供了新视角,并为后续干预策略的开发奠定了理论基础。这些发现不仅丰富了发育生物学领域的知识体系,还为预防和治疗相关疾病提供了潜在靶点。

Investigation into the Etiology of Neural Tube Defects in Chicken Embryos
ABSTRACT
Abnormal development of the chicken embryonic neural tube is one of the critical causes of congenital nervous system defects, with its etiology being complex and not yet fully elucidated. This study aims to investigate the potential pathogenic mechanisms underlying neural tube closure defects in chicken embryos through multidimensional analysis. High-throughput sequencing technology combined with histological observation was employed to analyze gene ex pression profiles of the neural tube at different developmental stages, while a chemical induction model was utilized to validate the role of key signaling pathways. The results indicate that abnormal activation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is closely associated with neural tube closure failure, and multiple differentially expressed genes were identified as potential biomarkers involved in regulating this process. Furthermore, exposure to environmental toxins was confirmed to significantly interfere with related signaling networks, thereby exacerbating the risk of developmental abnormalities. This study, for the first time, reveals the dynamic patterns of action of specific signaling molecules during chicken embryonic neural tube development, providing new insights into the pathogenesis of neural tube defects and laying a theoretical foundation for the development of subsequent intervention strategies. These findings not only enrich the knowledge system of developmental biology but also offer potential targets for the prevention and treatment of related diseases.
