摘 要:随着数字化转型的深入推进,在线学习平台逐渐成为企业员工培训的重要工具,其在提升培训效率和灵活性方面的潜力备受关注。本研究旨在探讨在线学习平台在企业员工培训中的应用效果,并分析其对员工技能提升及组织绩效的影响。研究采用混合方法设计,通过问卷调查收集300名企业员工的数据,并结合半结构化访谈深入了解平台使用过程中的关键因素。数据分析结果显示,在线学习平台显著提高了员工的学习参与度与知识获取效率,特别是在技术类技能培训方面表现尤为突出。此外,研究发现平台的交互性、内容适配性和技术支持水平是影响应用效果的核心要素。本研究的创新点在于首次将学习分析技术应用于企业培训场景,为评估员工学习行为提供了量化依据。研究结果为企业优化在线培训策略提供了理论支持,同时强调了个性化学习路径设计的重要性,从而推动了企业培训模式的创新发展。

Abstract:With the deepening of digital transformation, online learning platforms have gradually become an essential tool for employee training in enterprises, drawing significant attention for their potential to enhance training efficiency and flexibility. This study aims to investigate the application effects of online learning platforms in corporate employee training and analyze their impacts on skill enhancement and organizational performance. A mixed-methods design was employed, collecting data from 300 enterprise employees through questionnaires and gaining deeper insights into critical factors during platform usage via semi-structured interviews. The results of the data analysis indicate that online learning platforms substantially increase employee engagement in learning and the efficiency of knowledge acquisition, particularly excelling in technical skills training. Furthermore, the study reveals that interactivity, content adaptability, and technical support levels are core elements influencing the effectiveness of platform applications. A key innovation of this research lies in its first-time application of learning analytics technology to corporate training scenarios, providing a quantitative basis for evaluating employee learning behaviors. The findings offer theoretical support for enterprises to optimize their online training strategies while emphasizing the importance of personalized learning path design, thereby promoting the innovative development of corporate training models.
