摘 要
慢性病已成为全球公共卫生领域的重要挑战，中医脏腑辨证理论为慢性病管理提供了独特视角。本研究旨在探讨中医脏腑辨证在慢性病管理中的应用价值及其临床效果。通过系统整理古今文献并结合现代医学研究成果，选取高血压、糖尿病、慢性胃炎等典型慢性疾病作为研究对象，采用多中心、前瞻性队列研究方法，对1200例患者进行为期两年的跟踪观察。研究结果显示，基于脏腑辨证的个体化治疗方案能够有效改善患者症状，提高生活质量，降低并发症发生率，其中以脾虚型慢性胃炎和肝阳上亢型高血压的疗效最为显著。与单纯西医治疗相比，中西医结合治疗组在控制病情进展方面具有明显优势，患者依从性也得到显著提升。本研究创新性地构建了慢性病中医脏腑辨证评估体系，首次将现代数据挖掘技术应用于中医辨证分型，为实现精准医疗提供了新思路。该成果不仅丰富了中医基础理论，也为慢性病防治提供了切实可行的临床路径，对推动中医药现代化发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
Chronic diseases have become a significant challenge in global public health, and the theory of organ differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) offers a unique perspective for chronic disease management. This study aims to explore the application value and clinical efficacy of TCM organ differentiation in managing chronic diseases. By systematically reviewing both ancient and modern literature and integrating findings from contemporary medical research, this study selected typical chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and chronic gastritis as research subjects. A multicenter, prospective cohort study design was employed to track 1200 patients over a two-year period. The results demonstrated that individualized treatment protocols based on organ differentiation effectively alleviated symptoms, improved quality of life, and reduced the incidence of complications, with particularly notable outcomes observed in patients with spleen deficiency-type chronic gastritis and liver hyperactivity-type hypertension. Compared to Western medicine alone, the integrated TCM and Western medicine treatment group exhibited significant advantages in controlling disease progression and markedly improved patient compliance. This study innovatively constructed an evaluation system for TCM organ differentiation in chronic diseases and pioneered the application of modern data mining techniques to TCM syndrome differentiation, providing new insights into precision medicine. These findings not only enrich the foundational theories of TCM but also offer practical clinical pathways for chronic disease prevention and control, contributing significantly to the modernization and development of traditional Chinese medicine.
