Abstract
Parkinson's disease is a chronic progressive neurological disorder characterized by motor dysfunction and non-motor symptoms, which severely affects patients' quality of life. This study aimed to investigate the impact of rehabilitation training on the quality of life of Parkinson's disease patients and evaluate its role in improving motor ability and psychological well-being. A total of 120 Parkinson's disease patients were recruited and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received a 12-week personalized rehabilitation program, which included aerobic exercise, balance training, and psychological intervention, while the control group only received routine medical management. Assessments were conducted using the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) and the Parkinson's Disease Questionnaire (PDQ-39). The results showed that the experimental group significantly outperformed the control group in terms of motor function, emotional regulation, and activities of daily living, with statistically significant differences (P0.05). Moreover, rehabilitation training effectively reduced levels of depression and anxiety and improved overall quality of life. Innovatively integrating personalized rehabilitation programs with psychological interventions, this study provides new insights into the comprehensive management of Parkinson's disease. Its primary contribution lies in emphasizing the critical role of rehabilitation training in slowing disease progression and enhancing patients' quality of life, offering a scientific basis for clinical practice.
