摘 要
中药炮制技术作为中医药学的重要组成部分,对药物的有效成分及药效具有显著影响。本研究旨在系统探讨不同炮制方法对中药化学成分转化、生物活性及临床疗效的作用机制。通过选取代表性中药材,采用现代分析技术结合传统炮制工艺,对药材在炮制前后的有效成分变化、毒性降低效果及药理作用进行定量与定性分析。研究发现,特定的炮制方法能够显著提高某些活性成分的含量,同时减少或消除有毒物质,从而优化药物的安全性和有效性。此外,基于分子水平的研究揭示了炮制过程中发生的复杂化学反应及其对药物作用靶点的影响。本研究创新性地将传统经验与现代科学分析相结合,建立了中药炮制前后成分变化的量化评价体系,并提出了基于成分-靶点网络的药效预测模型。这些成果为深入理解中药炮制原理提供了理论支持,也为中药现代化和国际化奠定了基础。研究成果不仅验证了传统炮制技术的科学价值,还为优化炮制工艺、提升中药质量控制水平提供了新思路。

Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine processing technology, as an integral part of traditional Chinese medicine, significantly influences the active components and pharmacological effects of medicinal materials. This study aims to systematically investigate the mechanisms by which different processing methods affect the chemical transformation, biological activity, and clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicines. By selecting representative herbal medicines, modern analytical techniques were combined with traditional processing methods to conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses on the changes in active components, toxicity reduction, and pharmacological effects before and after processing. The findings indicate that specific processing methods can notably increase the content of certain active components while reducing or eliminating toxic substances, thereby optimizing the safety and efficacy of the drugs. Moreover, research at the molecular level has revealed complex chemical reactions occurring during processing and their impact on drug targets. Innovatively integrating traditional experience with modern scientific analysis, this study established a quantified evaluation system for component changes before and after processing and proposed a pharmacological effect prediction model based on component-target networks. These achievements provide theoretical support for a deeper understanding of the principles of Chinese medicine processing and lay a foundation for the modernization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine. The research not only verifies the scientific value of traditional processing techniques but also offers new insights into optimizing processing technologies and enhancing quality control levels of traditional Chinese medicines.
