摘 要
中药现代化作为传统中医药与现代科学技术相结合的重要发展方向，旨在通过系统研究和创新应用提升中药的科学内涵与临床价值。本文综述了近年来中药现代化在理论创新、技术进步及产业发展等方面取得的进展，重点探讨了基于组学技术、网络药理学、人工智能等新兴技术手段对中药作用机制解析、质量控制体系构建以及新药研发模式创新的影响。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理，分析了当前中药现代化研究中存在的关键问题，包括标准化建设滞后、基础研究薄弱、多学科交叉融合不足等，并提出了针对性的改进建议。研究发现，随着大数据、云计算等信息技术的快速发展，为解决上述挑战提供了新的思路和方法。特别是将传统经验与现代科技深度融合，不仅有助于揭示中药复方配伍规律，也为建立更加完善的评价体系奠定了基础。本研究强调了跨学科合作的重要性，指出未来应加强顶层设计，完善政策支持体系，推动产学研用协同创新，以实现中药现代化的可持续发展，为全球健康事业做出更大贡献。

Abstract
The modernization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), as a crucial direction integrating traditional TCM with modern science and technology, aims to enhance the scientific connotation and clinical value of TCM through systematic research and innovative applications. This paper reviews recent advancements in theoretical innovation, technological progress, and industrial development in TCM modernization, focusing on the impact of emerging technologies such as omics techniques, network pharmacology, and artificial intelligence on the elucidation of TCM mechanisms, construction of quality control systems, and innovation in new drug development models. By systematically analyzing relevant literature both domestically and internationally, this study identifies key issues in current TCM modernization research, including lagging standardization, weak foundational research, and insufficient interdisciplinary integration, and proposes targeted improvement suggestions. Findings indicate that the rapid development of information technologies such as big data and cloud computing provides new approaches and methods to address these challenges. Specifically, the deep integration of traditional experience with modern science not only aids in revealing the compatibility rules of TCM compound presc riptions but also lays the foundation for establishing a more comprehensive evaluation system. This study underscores the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration, highlighting the need to strengthen top-level design, improve policy support systems, and promote collaborative innovation among industry, academia, research, and application to achieve sustainable development of TCM modernization and contribute more significantly to global health.
