摘 要
皮肤科疾病种类繁多，传统治疗方法存在局限性，中药外治法以其独特优势在皮肤科疾病治疗中展现出广阔的应用前景。本研究旨在系统评价中药外治法在皮肤科疾病中的应用与疗效，为临床提供参考依据。通过对国内外相关文献进行检索筛选，选取符合纳入标准的随机对照试验，采用Cochrane风险偏倚评估工具对纳入文献质量进行评价，并运用RevMan5.3软件进行me ta分析。结果表明，中药外治法在湿疹、银屑病、带状疱疹等常见皮肤科疾病的治疗上具有显著效果，可有效改善皮损症状，减轻患者痛苦，缩短病程，在提高治愈率方面优于单纯西药治疗或与西药联合使用时能增强疗效。创新点在于首次将多种中药外治法（如溻渍疗法、溻包疗法等）纳入综合评价体系，且针对不同病症制定了个性化治疗方案，这不仅丰富了皮肤科疾病的治疗方法，还为中医药现代化发展提供了新思路，主要贡献是为临床医生选择合理有效的治疗手段提供了有力证据支持。

Abstract
Dermatological diseases are diverse, and traditional treatments have limitations. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) external therapies demonstrate broad application prospects in dermatology due to their unique advantages. This study aims to systematically evaluate the application and efficacy of TCM external therapies in dermatological diseases, providing a reference for clinical practice. By searching and screening relevant literature both domestically and internationally, we selected randomized controlled trials that met inclusion criteria. The quality of included studies was assessed using the Cochrane risk of bias tool, and me ta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3 software. Results indicate that TCM external therapies show significant effects in treating common dermatological conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and herpes zoster, effectively improving skin lesions, alleviating patient suffering, shortening disease duration, and demonstrating superior cure rates compared to single western medicine treatments or enhancing efficacy when used in conjunction with western medicine. An innovation of this study is the first-time inclusion of multiple TCM external therapies (such as fomentation therapy and poultice therapy) in a comprehensive evaluation system, along with personalized treatment protocols for different conditions. This not only enriches the treatment methods for dermatological diseases but also provides new insights into the modernization of TCM, offering robust evidence to support clinicians in selecting appropriate and effective therapeutic approaches.
