摘 要
慢性病已成为全球公共卫生领域的重要挑战,中医食疗作为传统医学的重要组成部分,在慢性病调理中具有独特优势。本研究旨在探讨中医食疗在慢性病调理中的应用与效果评价,以期为慢性病的防治提供新的思路和方法。通过对国内外相关文献的系统回顾,并结合临床实践,选取了高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症三种典型慢性病作为研究对象,采用随机对照试验设计,将患者分为食疗干预组和常规治疗组,干预周期为12周。结果表明,食疗干预组在改善患者症状、调节生理指标方面表现出显著优势,如血压、血糖、血脂水平均有不同程度的改善,且不良反应发生率较低。创新点在于首次系统地将中医食疗理论与现代慢性病管理相结合,构建了基于个体体质辨识的个性化食疗方案,强调“药食同源”的理念,不仅关注疾病本身,更注重整体调理和预防保健。该研究为中医食疗在慢性病领域的应用提供了科学依据,证明了其安全性和有效性,丰富了慢性病综合管理的手段,对推动中医药现代化发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
Chronic diseases have become a significant challenge in global public health, and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) dietary therapy, as an essential component of traditional medicine, offers unique advantages in the management of chronic conditions. This study aims to investigate the application and evaluate the effectiveness of TCM dietary therapy in chronic disease management, providing new perspectives and methods for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases. Through a systematic review of relevant literature both domestically and internationally, combined with clinical practice, this study selected hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and hyperlipidemia as representative chronic diseases. A randomized controlled trial design was employed, dividing patients into a dietary therapy intervention group and a conventional treatment group, with an intervention period of 12 weeks. The results demonstrated that the dietary therapy intervention group exhibited significant advantages in improving patient symptoms and regulating physiological indicators, such as blood pressure, blood glucose, and lipid levels, all of which showed varying degrees of improvement, with a lower incidence of adverse reactions. An innovation of this study lies in systematically integrating TCM dietary therapy theory with modern chronic disease management, constructing personalized dietary therapy schemes based on individual constitution identification, emphasizing the concept of "food as medicine," focusing not only on the disease itself but also on overall regulation and preventive healthcare. This research provides scientific evidence for the application of TCM dietary therapy in the field of chronic diseases, demonstrating its safety and efficacy, enriching the comprehensive management approaches for chronic diseases, and contributing significantly to the modernization and development of traditional Chinese medicine.
